Learn more about us on our website: strybos.com. Position Description: We are seeking a talented new Senior Landscape Architect to our team. As a key player in our Landscape Architectural firm, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, design leadership and project management skills, while working on diverse projects. You will be at the forefront of the creative process, leading projects and driving innovation in our studio-based team. Key responsibilities include: •Coordinate and collaborate with clients, other project managers and consulting teams •Develop concept designs, Master Plans and associated Urban Design Briefs •Support the preparation of detailed design and working drawing packages for approvals, and construction •Assist in the supervision and scheduling of landscape architectural designers and technical staff •Liaise with principals, project managers and technical staff to prepare deliverables •Review deliverables for quality assurance Qualifications: •Landscape Architect with an OALA stamp •Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional Landscape Architectural office or similar design firm •A practical, creative thinker with strong design ability •Experienced in condominium projects and coordination with consulting teams •AutoCAD and associated software such as Adobe, Sketch up/Lumion and InDesign •Understanding of current municipal requirements and approval processes •Attention to detail, schedule management with ability to balance multiple projects and priorities •A strong leader with exceptional written and interpersonal skills Why Join Us: •Be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values your creativity and expertise •Work on a diverse range of challenging and inspiring projects •Enjoy a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and advancement •Competitive compensation and benefits package •Hybrid work environment (minimum 3 days in office) **Must be legally authorized to work in Canada** Strybos Barron King Ltd is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
